Notice Specific to Software Available on This Website

Any software that is made available to download from this server (“Software”) is the copyrighted work of ChemTable Software. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software (“License Agreement”). An end user will be unable to install any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement terms.

The Software is made available for downloading solely for use by end users according to the License Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of the Software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited, unless such reproduction or redistribution is expressly permitted by the License Agreement accompanying such Software.

Reg Organizer License Agreement

Reg Organizer software product is NOT freeware. This means:

• You have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the shareware version of Reg Organizer within evaluation period of 360 days.
• Reg Organizer may be freely distributed in its shareware form to third parties, provided the distribution package is not modified and the latter agree to accept the terms of this Agreement.
• No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Reg Organizer without written permission from the copyright holder.

Reg Organizer IS DISTRIBUTED “AS IS”.

No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. Authors will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.

You may not emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer Reg Organizer or any its part, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Reg Organizer license information may not be distributed outside of the area of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the original license, without written permission of the copyright holder.

Installing and using Reg Organizer signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Reg Organizer from your disc and cease to use the product.

Obtaining a Reg Organizer license gives you the right to use the program without functional and time limitations. You also have access to free program updates and technical support for one year from the date of purchase.
